Rob Spence

Business Unit Director Australia New Zealand

Rob joined PZ Cussons Australia in May 2001 as a junior Account Manager for the Pharmacy business. Since that time Rob has progressed through a number of various roles within the organisation that have been located in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.  Rob is described as a strategic yet practical leader with demonstrated and sustained ability in delivering top and bottom line growth well ahead of market and competitor trends. He is considered a specialist in the Australasian FMCG industry with over 20 years 'in market' experience in key Asia Pacific markets.

John Formby

General Manager Supply Chain

John has been with PZ Cussons Australia since 2004 when he joined as the Engineering Manager. John’s background prior to PZ Cussons was largely as a professional engineer in leadership roles in a range of high profile FMCG companies. Since joining PZ Cussons Australia, he has progressed through a range of diverse supply chain roles leading to his current position that he took up in mid-2016. John has responsibility for delivering local Supply Chain outcomes as part of a broader Global Supply Plan and he is part of the Asia Pacific Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Alastair Smith

Head of Sales

Al has been with PZ Cussons for over 10 years and has led Sales and Category teams across the UK and Australia.  He has an extensive background in food, non-food and beauty categories with a breadth of functional experience across Category Development and Sales.   Al’s background has predominately been ‘branded’ with prior ‘private label’ experience in food.  Al has recently returned to the ANZ business from PZC UK after a previous successful secondment to lead the Australian Sales team.  

Alison Hannaford

General Manager Human Resources

Alison has been with PZ Cussons since February 2017, joining us from her most recent role as General Manager People & Culture for Forever New. Prior to this she was with George Weston Foods for 7 years in a range of senior generalist and specialist HR roles across the Smallgoods, Baking and Milling Divisions. Alison spent her early HR career with Spotless Services Limited in various roles and businesses over 13 years. She brings to PZ Cussons a wealth of HR Generalist experience and change management and leadership development expertise.

Shaun Peverill

Head of Marketing

Shaun joined PZ Cussons in March 2017.   Shaun has a wealth of brand marketing and portfolio management experience working with market-leading FMCG brands in Australia and the UK.  Prior to joining PZ Cussons, he held senior marketing roles at Mondelez International working within the Australian and New Zealand business unit, most recently as the Head of Marketing for the Candy business.  During his career Shaun has worked across multiple categories and brands including Colgate Palmolive, The Natural Confectionery Company, Cadbury Favourites, Cherry Ripe, Freddo and Toblerone.

Rowan Brittain

General Manager Finance

Rowan joined PZ Cussons Australia in November 2016 as General Manager Finance. He was previously with Novartis Consumer Health where he was Head of Finance for over three years. Prior to this, Rowan has held senior finance roles over 18 years in multiple FMCG organisations including George Weston Foods and Cadbury Schweppes. During this time Rowan has been heavily involved with the implementation of Integrated Business Planning, experienced multiple system implementations (SAP) and had a breadth of business partnering experience across functions and projects.

Karena Reid

General Counsel, Head of CSR and Company Secretary

Ms Reid joined PZ Cussons in December 2014 as legal counsel and took over the role of General Counsel & Head of CSR in February 2015. She joins us from AusNet Services, an ASX listed energy infrastructure company, where she held the role of Legal Manager for over seven years, specialising in major projects and large scale litigation. Prior to AusNet Services, Karena has held varying roles within government businesses and private practice.
